ACMC Express Care
If you have a minor illness or injury, save time and money with ACMC Express Care. Visit Express Care for:
- Cold and flu symptoms.
- Minor back pain (without history of trauma).
- Minor bumps and cuts.
- Seasonal allergies.
- Skin rashes.
- Simple sprains and strains.
- Infections of the sinus, upper respiratory or urinary tract.
- Ear, nose and throat.
- Shoulder pain (without history of trauma).
- Insect bites.
- Ringworm, shingles and impetigo.
- Cold sores.
A visit to Express Care costs less than a visit to an urgent care facility or the Emergency Department. Co-pays will be similar to a physician office visit. Express Care is a walk-in service for patients age two and older. You do not have to be a patient of ACMC or Ashtabula Family Health Center to use Express Care. Hours at the Ashtabula location are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The ACMC Laboratory provides accurate, timely, convenient, and affordable testing and blood collection services to physician offices and patients. Stop in Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon
