Pulmonology

Lab Services
The ACMC Laboratory provides accurate, timely, convenient, and affordable testing and blood collection services to physician offices and patients. Stop in Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to noon.

Digital X-Ray
ACMC offers digital X-ray - a non-invasive procedure which creates a digital image of the inside of the body - Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to noon. To schedule an appointment, call 440.997.6686.

Physical Therapy
Physical therapists at ACMC team with licensed physical therapy assistants to deliver exercise-based treatments. Other modalities may be employed to maximize patient outcomes, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, cold or heat therapy, manual therapy, joint mobilization, aquatics, resistance training, and education. Patients receive therapy as outpatients, hospital inpatients or skilled-nursing residents. The goals of physical therapy usually include restoring a patient's prior level of function and alleviating pain.
Physical Therapy is available at Conneaut Family Health Center Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
