When you have a minor health issue and need to feel better now, choose ACMC Express Care—the only facility backed by a full-service Emergency Department. Please call 911 or go to the ACMC Emergency Department if you have chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, signs of stroke, a severe headache, a broken bone or other serious problems.

ACMC Express Care offers four convenient locations—in Ashtabula, Conneaut, Geneva and Jefferson—with convenient morning, evening and Saturday hours so you can get help fast. ACMC Express Care is a walk-in service; no appointments are needed. Services at ACMC Express Care are covered by most insurance plans, but check your specific plan to ensure coverage. Fees are less expensive than urgent care or a visit to the emergency department. Your co-pay will be similar to a physician office visit.

ACMC Express Care is for patients ages 2 and older with the following common health problems:

  • Cold and flu symptoms.
  • Conjunctivitis.
  • Minor back pain (without history of trauma).
