All patients and visitors are required to wear a facemask. When you arrive at ACMC, our screeners will take your temperature and ask you:
• Do you have any of the following symptoms?
• Difficulty breathing
• Loss of taste or smell
• Muscle pain
• Are you waiting for results of a COVID-19 test?
• Have you tested positive for COVID-19? (in the past 28 days)
• Do you have a household member that is positive for COVID-19?
