ACMC Healthcare System named a Top Workplace for seventh year in a row
For the seventh year in a row, ACMC Healthcare System (Ashtabula County Medical Center, Ashtabula Regional Home Health, Glenbeigh) has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by The Plain Dealer. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.
ACMC Healthcare System President & CEO Michael Habowski said, "This is the seventh year in a row that we have been named a Top Workplace. The ACMC Healthcare System contributes more than $100 million in salaries and benefits to Ashtabula County's economy every year. The organization also purchases over $1 million of goods and services from local businesses and provides hundreds of thousands of dollars in support for schools and non-profit agencies in the county.
