ACMC Healthcare System has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Plain Dealer. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

ACMC Healthcare System includes Ashtabula County Medical Center, which has offices in Ashtabula, Conneaut, Geneva, and Jefferson; as well as Ashtabula Regional Home Health, and Glenbeigh, which has offices in Rock Creek; as well as Beachwood, Canton, Erie, Niles, Rocky River, and Toledo. ACMC Healthcare System employees more than 1,500 caregivers and is the largest private employer in Ashtabula County.
