Join Premiere Fitness Lead Fitness Specialist Wynona Purola for weekly sessions designed especially for pregnant women. These hour-long sessions are designed to:

  • Manage weight
  • Promote better sleep
  • Increase muscle tone, strength, & endurance.

Wynona is a Certified Personal Trainer who has previously competed in Fitness Competitions. She is also available for personal training.
