AHRQ - Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Quality Indicators (QIs) are measures of healthcare quality that make use of readily available hospital inpatient administrative data. 

Hospital Compare

A quality tool for adults, including people with Medicare. This tool provides you with information on how well the hospitals in your area care for all their adult patients with certain medical conditions. This information will help you compare the quality these hospitals provide. Hospital Compare was created through the efforts of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and organizations that represent hospitals, doctors, employers, accrediting organizations, other federal agencies and the public.

IHI - Institute for Healthcare Improvement

The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) is a not-for-profit organization leading the improvement of healthcare throughout the world.

The Joint Commission

The mission of The Joint Commission is to continually improve the safety and quality of care provided to the public through the provision of healthcare accreditation and related services that support performance improvement in healthcare organizations.

Leapfrog Group

NQF - National Quality Forum

ACMC received the 2015 Healthgrades Patient Safety Excellence Award, based on a review of publicly available patient safety data reported through federal agencies or organizations. This data includes patient readmission; complications stemming from medical and surgical care; and core measures for heart attack, heart failure and pneumonia. Some of this data is being compiled and reviewed for the first time under the Affordable Care Act.
